The unoccupied Jeep Liberty Sport went way off-road, crashing into a home in the 400 block of Peach Bottom Road in Peach Bottom, Fulton Township, the Robert Fulton Fire Company explained in a release.

The company was called to the scene at 3:54 a.m. on July 9, according to the release.

"Due to the severity of the crash and the inability to enter the structure," the company had dispatch upgrade the crash to "entrapment" but "once access was gained, it was determined that no occupants were in the vehicle and that the structure is vacant," officials with the company explained in the release.

Despite the extensive damage, the incident cleared at 5:29 a.m.
